Products for sale can be viewed on our Instragram account (@sought.collection) and on our website (www.soughtcollection.com).

If you see an item you would like to buy, please email hello@soughtcollection.com to arrange the sale, and organise payment and shipping. 

We are happy to provide additional images or condition reports via email.

Payment will be via bank transfer only, and shipping costs will be estimated upon confirmation of sale.


Product Care:

Please treat your hand painted pieces from The Sought Collection with care.  As most items are vintage there may be some imperfections and in some cases have undergone minor restoration.  This is all part of the charm of The Sought Collection, breathing new life into the furniture. Please also note while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.


Shipping policy:

We are very happy for items to be collected from our workshop in Hampshire.

Otherwise items will be shipped using Royal Mail or similar courier services.  Please get in touch with us to arrange a delivery option, price will depend on distance within the UK.  We will not organise shipping outside of the UK unless there is an exceptional circumstance. 

If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. 


Returns:

If the items were made to your specifications, or are clearly personalised, you will not have the right to cancel your order.

The greatest care is taken to accurately show dimensions of the products.  If you are buying an item to fit a particular space in your home, we advise you get in touch so we can confirm it will fit.

If your product has been damaged in transit, please email us hello@thesoughtcollection.com upon receipt of your purchase.  We will not be responsible for any loss or further damage to returned items whilst in transit and we reserve the right to charge you for any such loss or damage.

Once we receive the item back we will assess it and will notify you of whether we are accepting the product for return. A refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.


Data: 

Your data will be guarded in line with GDPR regulations, The Sought Collection will not pass on data to any third parties.  We will ask you, the customer, to opt in to any marketing emails we send, these will not be frequent and will be generated with the best intentions to interest and serve you, the customer.
